WoodWater Bolt stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship and provides the following limited warranty for work performed.
Workmanship Warranty
WoodWater Bolt warrants its workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion, unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty applies only to defects resulting directly from improper workmanship performed by WoodWater Bolt.
Manufacturer Warranties
Materials, fixtures, appliances, and products installed by WoodWater Bolt are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty. WoodWater Bolt does not extend, modify, or guarantee manufacturer warranties.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, client-supplied materials or fixtures, damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or lack of care. It also excludes structural movement or settlement, water intrusion, mold, environmental conditions, acts of nature, and work performed or modified by third parties.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to WoodWater Bolt within the warranty period. Clients must provide reasonable access for inspection and allow WoodWater Bolt a reasonable opportunity to repair or correct covered workmanship issues.
Limitation of Remedy
WoodWater Bolt’s sole obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement of defective workmanship, at its discretion. Cash refunds, reimbursements, or consequential damages are not provided.
No Additional Warranties
No other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided unless explicitly stated in writing by WoodWater Bolt.
